“Well, I literally found out why these pants are so expensive. They are literally the most comfortable pair of work slacks that I own. I love the fact that they are 66% polyester and 8% elastane, and 26% cotton. The cotton allows for good breathability but the polyester and elastane or what really sets these pants apart from others. Not only are they super comfortable, but they stretch. I normally wear a size 33 waist by 32 inseams. These weren't offered in that exact size, so I went with the 34x32. I didn't want to take a chance on the 32x32 being too tight on me. The waist size is true to size, and they are really loose on me. But my ratchet belt takes up the slack. I think I made the right decision with the sizing, though I recommend that you order your true size or one size up as in my case. These are not skinny slacks, but they are slim fit. Although they are slim fit, they are very easy to bend over in and sit down in. That's mostly a byproduct of the stretchy material that these are comprised of. The black Heather color is not a true black, and these appear to look like a very very dark gray color. The front pockets are kind of shallow, though is my only complaint with them but not a deal-breaker. I'm so impressed with these. I'm literally on the Amazon product page looking at the other colors available right now. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the Navy blue or gray. I highly recommend these pants, and I could see how they would be great for golfing in. But they are amazing to wear to work in my case. I haven't washed them yet, but I don't suspect that they will shrink from being dried in the dryer. I couldn't wait to try these on and just went ahead and wore them today to work unwashed because they were so comfortable when I tried them on. I seriously want another pair!” | |
